Snapper rule reefs
The National Ocean Atmospheric Administration extended the ban on commercial and recreational fishing for red snapper Dec. 3 in federal waters off North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and the Atlantic coast of Florida in order to protect the red snapper population.
