BEST BET Captain Randy Rhodes of Rode Runner Sportfishing Charters reported that Jim and Mike Stuart caught a 39-pound king mackerel and lost a larger king mackerel while fishing the open waters of Florida Bay. They also reached the limit on mangrove snapper and Spanish mackerel. They fished with captain Tom Beck on Rode Runner 2.
