Pressure is heavy on limits to redfish (The Florida Times-Union)
When Florida's voters passed a constitutional amendment back in 1994 that put a commercial net ban on state waters, recreational anglers let out a sigh of relief. The new law was supposed to result in thriving, healthy stocks of fish.
