Sherman William Alexander, 71, of Lorain, passed away Friday, October 24, 2008 at Community Health Partners Hospital, Lorain following a lengthy illness. He was born in Portageville, Missouri, coming to Lorain in 1949. Mr. Alexander was employed with the American Ship Building Company and also worked with Parker-Hannifin until his retirement.
