South Florida fishing report (Miami Herald)
Henry Caimotto of the Snook Nook in Jensen Beach reported wall to wall finger mullet along the beaches and in the river. Along the beaches, there are bluefish from 3 to 5 pounds, with big whiting and a few pompano. Offshore, there are lots of sailfish along the bluewater edge and dolphins in the Gulf Stream. In 60 feet of water, the snapper are biting on sardines over the reefs.

Captain Wayne Conn on the party boat Reward out of Miami Beach Marina reported limit catches of kingfish and mutton snappers in 195 feet of water off of Government Cut . . . Kim Mills from the Kelley Fleet out of Haulover Marina reported steady catches of kingfish, mutton and yellowtail snappers and keeper red groupers in 160 feet of water outside of Haulover Inlet.
