Captain Mo Estevez of New Dawn Charters reported seeing lots of bonefish while fishing the oceanside and bayside flats south of Key Biscayne on the early incoming tides. On the oceanside, the bonefish were feeding and tailing. On the bayside, the fish were far spookier.
